Participants in the project are teachers who teach different subjects and in different classes and are employed by the school staff. The main selection criteria were that all participants to be English speakers, to have professional and personal ethic experience, morality and they are willing to participate in project activities. Participants have experience and skills in working with young people and vocational guidance/encouragement, motivation in personal development and self-discovery activities; have assertive communication skills in working with young people to get them to open up and ask for support, worked with parents, educators and collaborators for various educational institutions and universities, have different specialized publications, a good reputation through their colleagues and they worked in team for a long time.
